Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the Telecommunications and Post Regulatory Authority is the highest regulatory authority. It is established by a decision of the Council of Ministers based on a recommendation from the competent minister. The board includes a non-executive chairperson and ten members from relevant sectors, who bring expertise and specialization in telecommunications or postal services. The Director-General of the Authority serves as a member and rapporteur. The board is responsible for setting the general policy of the Authority, overseeing its operations, and ensuring its objectives, functions, and authorities as stipulated in the Communications and Postal Regulation Act of 2018.
