Process Description:

This is an official process of issuing a technical support license from the Authority for companies providing telecommunications services. It includes the importation, installation, and setup of communication devices and equipment. The process is divided into three categories:

1. Technical Support for Licensed Operators: All operators.
2. Technical Support for Local Communications Device Manufacturers: Ensuring they meet the required standards for operating communication networks and IT systems.
3. Technical Support for Foreign Companies Working in Sudan: For companies contributing a percentage of national revenue.

Telecommunication and postal companies.

Fees:

According to the license fee schedule.

Requirements:

1. A request letter from the Director of the Telecommunications and Postal Regulatory Authority.
2. Completing the Technical Support License Request Form.
3. A copy of the business license, the articles of association, registration certificate, contract, Form (9), or any other supplementary documents.
4. Technical specifications for the devices and equipment to be licensed, according to the provided details.
5. Technical details of the licensed system.
6. Payment of the license fee.
