With the grace of Allah, the intensive training program that commenced on April 13th in the Al-Affad camp concluded today, coinciding with the global celebrations of International Girls in ICT Day. In an atmosphere filled with pride and accomplishment, the closing ceremony and trainee graduation were held at 12:00 PM.
The event was honored by a distinguished presence reflecting the synergy of official and community efforts. Leading the attendees were Ms. Mahasin Abdul-Haq Sabir from the Ministry of Social Affairs in the Northern State, Ms. Azahir Sir Al-Khatim Omar from the Social Affairs office in Ad-Dabbah locality, and Ms. Hyam Omar, representative of the Child Development Foundation (CDF).
On this occasion, the Telecommunications and Post Regulatory Authority (TPRA) extends its deepest gratitude and appreciation to the Ministry of Social Affairs (Northern State), the Social Affairs office (Ad-Dabbah), and the Child Development Foundation (CDF) for their unlimited support and elegant presence. Their participation added great value to this gathering and played a vital role in boosting the girls’ confidence within this critical technological path.
The camp was a journey of creative excellence, during which the girls successfully harnessed programming and design tools to shape a promising digital future for Sudan. As the curtain falls on this exceptional edition in Ad-Dabbah, we affirm that we have not merely concluded a training course, but have opened new horizons of inspiration and empowerment for our girls across every corner of the nation.
