Sudan Computer Emergency Response Team (Sudan CERT) was established in January 2010 as an initiative by the Telecommunication and Post Regulatory Authority (formerly the National Telecommunications Corporation).

Number portability is a feature that allows users to retain their mobile phone number when switching from one service provider to another, giving them the freedom to choose the operator that best suits their needs without the risk of losing their number.

IoT and IPv6 Regional Center

The Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) is a version of the Internet Protocol (IP) designed to replace IPv4, which currently directs almost all internet traffic, especially in the least developed countries, low-income countries, and other developing nations in the Arab region.

Ibsar Project

As part of the Telecommunications and Postal Regulatory Authority’s commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities and ensuring their access to information and communication technologies (ICT), the Ibsar Project was launched to uphold the fundamental rights of this group.
