The meeting reviewed 60 documents, including reports on the activities carried out by the Telecommunication Development Sector (ITU-D) over the past three years, and assessed progress in the implementation of the Kigali Action Plan. Special attention was given to the initial draft of the Baku Action Plan, which outlines the development sector’s priorities for the next four years, and the draft Baku Declaration. Both documents are expected to be adopted by Member States at the upcoming WTDC-25 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
